Exciting Milestone for FreightSpeed – HPRA WDA Licence Awarded!
After an extensive project involving collaboration across multiple teams and stakeholders, we are delighted to announce that FreightSpeed has been awarded our WDA (Wholesale Distribution Authorisation) Licence from the HPRA.
This licence now allows us to store pharmaceutical and medicinal products in our fully temperature-controlled warehouse in Rathcoole, Co. Dublin.
Our state-of-the-art facility maintains an ambient temperature range of 15°–25°C, continuously monitored in real time to ensure full compliance and product integrity. We currently have 2,500 pallet spaces available for pharmaceutical storage — and we are open for business.
I would like to take this opportunity to thank all of our staff and stakeholders who worked tirelessly to make this achievement possible. Your dedication and teamwork have been instrumental in reaching this important milestone for our company.
In addition, we are extremely proud to have rolled out Ireland’s first nationwide, fully temperature-controlled shared pharmaceutical daily distribution network. All of our vehicles are validated and temperature tracked in real time, ensuring complete visibility and compliance throughout the supply chain.
